Hinged access doors to filters, fans, humidifiers, heat recovery modules, together with quarter-turn locking devices on all other accessible panels, makes service and maintenance work a breeze. 

MODULAIR units are constructed of self-supporting, rigid aluminium die-cast corner pieces. Custom-made rubber seal fitted into the aluminium frame, provides a positive seal for all side panels. All panels are made of min. 1.2mm thick zincanneal sheet metal and have double folded edges to both increase their rigidity and to provide protection for the insulation thus preventing insulation particles to enter the airstream for standard panel designs. For double-skin panels, the inner sheet is either perforated or solid galvabond of 0.6mm thickness.
